I design and negotiate distribution structures, from commercial agent and authorised dealer models through franchise and framework agreements to platform and e-commerce models and modern multi-channel and cooperation concepts.
In conflicts, I represent you in court and in arbitration proceedings and use my litigation experience for a clear, strategic enforcement of your interests.
With my experience as a trained Wirtschaftsmediatorin (business mediator) and a zertifizierte Unternehmensnachfolgeberaterin (certified business succession adviser), I also help you to work out solutions in complex constellations – for example within a group of companies, in distribution networks or in the context of business succession. I deliberately include international and intercultural aspects in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures.

For more than 20 years I have been advising companies and entrepreneurs on questions of commercial and company law. Even during my studies in Heidelberg and Hamburg, my focus was on business law. This was complemented by university training in business mediation at FernUniversität in Hagen and by positions with an international dimension, including at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in Mumbai.

How I work
As a zertifizierte Unternehmensnachfolgeberaterin (zentUma e.V.) and Wirtschaftsmediatorin, I combine legal accuracy with an eye for economic relationships. I am very pleased to be part of DEUTSCH.LEGAL as Prokuristin and to help shape our collaboration on joint projects. With Séverine Deutsch and Oliver Melber I work in a highly effective way professionally – and at the same time with just the amount of shared laughter that shows how much we enjoy good legal work.
