Successful succession planning involves far more than drafting legally secure wills, inheritance agreements and gift agreements. Especially in entrepreneurial families, different interests, expectations and responsibilities meet. Sustainable succession planning therefore requires more than legal drafting: it needs an understanding of economic relationships, a feel for family dynamics and an eye for what is meant to last in the long term.

My many years of experience as a litigator and Fachanwältin für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht enable me to identify risks early, to structure complex relationships and to develop forward-looking strategies.
Where different interests meet, I act as a process facilitator, create space for structured dialogue, bring perspectives together and support the development of viable solutions.

If a dispute is unavoidable, I represent my clients' interests out of court and in court with clarity and with the necessary consistency.

How I work

As a trained process facilitator and coach, I know that good advice requires more than a purely legal perspective. Different interests, expectations and perspectives deserve space and a clear, structured assessment. I take the time to listen, to understand relationships and, together with my clients, to develop solutions that are legally convincing and humanly lasting.
For me, personal and trusting dialogue is at the centre of this. Where conflicts arise, the task is to find solutions that are viable in the long term. My aim is to create clarity early on, to bring interests together and to develop solutions that also hold in the long term. I am convinced that forward-looking arrangements contribute significantly to avoiding conflicts. Where a dispute is unavoidable, I represent my clients' interests with the same clarity and consistency.
